Dont skip breakfast. According to studies, adults who skip breakfast are more than twice as likely to be overweight as those who eat breakfast regularly.
To avoid overeating at meals, have a small snack 20 minutes before the meal. This gives time for the fullness hormone to kick in, reducing your appetite.

Please join our sister program, Denver Fit to train for the 2006 Denver Marathon.
There will not be a Boulder Fit program for 2006, however we encourage you to join Denver Fit, a marathon and half-marathon training program devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life, in a non-intimidating and fun environment. When you join, you receive day-by-day training schedules, weekly group runs, informational seminars, discounts at local businesses, a Denver Fit technical shirt and much more.
